Having a serious reunion this weekend in NYC with the girls pictured above. I know, that picture is officially dated. These are the girls I pledged my sorority with back in the fall of 2004. Back before Facebook was relevant, flip phones were still the way, and apparently showing your stomach with a denim skirt was still socially acceptable.
Since graduating college in May of 2008, ALL of us have not been together at once. Sure, looking back now, much of the idea of being in a sorority sounds kind of silly. But seriously, we had the time of our lives. And, at the risk of sounded like a big ball of cheese, we really do have a forever-bond. We were there for each other through the unknown, scary and new adventure of college.
Tomorrow, I am excited to reminisce about the past, talk about the present, and wonder about the future together. It’s been far too long.
