I’ve been neglecting my blog since returning from vacation, but I’m officially back in action. Catching up at work (and adjusting back to reality) took a few days. But I’m happy to report that I’m no longer in the post-vacation-funk. (Getting back on a cold and dark night in mid-February from a wonderful week in the caribbean is just…well…rough.) Punta Cana involved lots of sun (our last day was full of clouds, though, boo), fun, reading, relaxation, romance and mudslides. It was definitely a fantastic trip…perhaps a littttle too short for my liking. (Lesson learned: 5 nights is a wee bit too short. 7 or bust.)  Oh, and fun fact…you can totally go topless in the Dominican. (Not that I did, of course. But I sure saw a lot of European boobies. Chris said they were all “meh” …good boyfriend he is.) Hope everybody had a great week. Now let the countdown to spring begin!
